You obviously don't live where I do, 'cause all rooms here need major ventilation or they suffer from massive mold infestation. I relocated from northern-WI to the Houston, TX area about 20 years ago, and I can't even remember what it is like to live where it isn't a consideration anymore. Of course, I always did like a little natural light in my rooms anyways, but if that isn't a consideration for you, why bother?
